She is organized and doesn’t require project reminders as she keeps track of her tasks and communicates effectively with her managers. THE CHALLENGE

THE BEGINNING OF THE CHALLENGE

Our department created the #LiveinMotion photo challenge in order to increase student involvement in healthy activities. I developed content and categorized the submissions from the contest which were later used in the RecSports Fall 2013 programs brochure. The brochure placed 2nd in the NIRSA Creative Excellence Awards for Comprehensive Brochure.

The photo challenge was well received by the Gainesville community and we increased the scope of the challenge the following year. Additionally, the challenge won 2nd in Integrated Marketing Campaign from the NIRSA Creative Excellence Awards.

“Sophie is the fastest worker I have ever worked alongside. I really don’t know how she does it! She has continually impressed me professionally and personally. Her energy and dependability is truly admired and appreciated. She is a great asset to the team!”

— Kelsey Mulligan, Graduate Assistant
